US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $532 million in net inflows on Monday, bringing the two-week cumulative total to $3.8 billion as institutional demand for regulated crypto exposure continues to accelerate. Total net assets across all 11 spot Bitcoin ETFs have now surpassed $100 billion — a milestone reached in just 16 months since the products launched on January 11, 2024.
BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) led Monday's inflows with $335 million in net subscriptions, its 14th consecutive positive-flow session. IBIT now holds $91.2 billion in assets, making it the single largest commodity-backed ETF globally — surpassing the SPDR Gold Trust (GLD) at $86.4 billion. Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) added $184 million, while ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) drew $42 million.
Institutional Adoption Deepens
The latest 13F filings reveal a broadening institutional base. State of Wisconsin Investment Board disclosed a $420 million IBIT position in Q1 2026, up from $160 million in Q3 2025. Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Investment Company increased its IBIT stake to $1.2 billion. Millennium Management remains the largest hedge fund holder with a $2.8 billion multi-ETF position, while Citadel added $680 million in FBTC during Q1.
Registered investment advisors (RIAs) now represent 32% of IBIT's holder base, up from 18% at launch. BlackRock's head of digital assets, Robert Mitchnick, noted that 'the RIA channel is just beginning to allocate — most are still in due-diligence phase with target allocations of 1-3% of client portfolios.' He estimated that full RIA adoption could drive an additional $50-$100 billion into spot Bitcoin ETFs over the next two years.
